Carriers are familiar with Relay, but overall brand awareness remains low. To address this, my team devised an annual campaign theme aimed at boosting brand recognition. The overarching theme, "Journey," was crafted to celebrate the unique life paths of every carrier partnered with Relay. Our campaign aimed to evoke the emotional rewards of collaborating with Relay, such as accessing steady loads and enjoying the flexibility to select preferred work types, including options that prioritize family time and daily homeward journeys.
